When: Saturday, July 11th at 7:45a.m. Registration begins and people who are pre-registered can pick up their t-shirts. The race will start at 8:30 a.m. and there will be many other Old Home Day events scheduled throughout the day around Newbury Harbor. Bring the whole family. Where: Parking will be in the many different lots around Newbury Harbor, Registration will take place at The Newbury Harbor Gazebo..
Cost: Registration is $10. T-shirt is free with first 75 registrations. Donations are also welcome and all proceeds will go towards Athletic and Recreational Equipment at Fishersfield Park. Make checks payable to: Newbury Recreation Revolving Fund.
Course: Approx 8 minute swim, snorkel, float around a buoy, at the Town Dock then hop on your bike and head for Fishersfield Park a quick two mile ride then a ½ mile cross-country trail run at the park. Should be an event most can enjoy.

Release and Waiver: I know that running is a potentially hazardous activity. I should not enter and run the race unless I am medically able and properly trained. I agree to abide by any decision of a race official relative to my ability to safely complete the run. I assume all risk associated with running including, but not limited to falls, contact with other participants, the effects of the road and traffic on the course, all such risks being known and appreciated by me. Having read this waiver and knowing these facts, I for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive and release the Newbury Parks and Recreation Department, Town of Newbury, coordinating groups, individuals associated with “ Newbury Fall Fling 5K”, all sponsors and their representatives, employees, and
successors from all claims or liabilities of any kind suffered in connection with this event. I also hereby grant full permission to any and all of the foregoing to use my likeness in all media including pictures, photographs, or any other record of this event for any legitimate purpose.
